Job Application

Recruitment at Etkin İlaç aims to select candidates suitable for the needs of each position. The HR department conducts the first interview based on competencies, and suitable candidates are referred to the department manager for a second interview. Successful candidates receive a job offer. Applications can be submitted via email, employee referrals, or in person, and are retained for one year.
